Email access

Usually your mail program should detect all needed settings automatically after you insert the mail address and the password.
If you need to set it up manually you can use these settings. Please insert the real values for username and password but please leave the server names unchanged. Please remember to activate encryption. (SSL/TLS)

Username: <mailbox>@theveis.eu
Password: <Mailbox-Password>
Incoming mail server (IMAP/POP3): mail.your-server.de
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.your-server.de

Automatic setup (iOS, iPadOS, MacOS)

Mailboxes can be set up automatically on Apple devices with the help of .mobileconfig files. Unless configured otherwise, the end user only has to enter the password for their mailbox during setup.
